BAC In-Studio Intensive brings Broadway Musical Theatre training to YOU!
Co-Founders and Directors, Alexis Carra and Chryssie Whitehead, grew up training at their local dance studios—Chryssie at Southern Strutt Dance Studio in South Carolina, and Alexis at Centerstage Dance Academy in Florida. Alexis and Chryssie went on to have careers as professional dancers, actors, singers and educators spanning 20 + years and have directed & choreographed for film, television and theatre. They have guest starred in over 25 television shows, including, series regular roles, leads in movies, as well as 8 broadway shows combined. Their careers, together with their primary training as dancers, have led them to create a distinct musical theatre program designed for dancers. They understand how scary it can be to sing and act, and are masters at helping dancers develop their performing skills and confidence. BAC In-Studio Intensive also includes working with live accompaniment and vocal teacher. Students work in all three disciplines–acting, singing, and dancing–a true intro for what it takes to be on Broadway!
